ABOUT jessi

I’m Jessi Flowz—

I’m a published model. I’ve performed with fire, built an OnlyFans business, and helped hundreds of people stretch smarter, pose stronger, and feel like they actually belong in the costume.

I don’t sell fitness fluff. I sell embodiment with attitude.

This site gives you structure, tools, and tutorials—without softening the vibe.

Let’s be real: my journey didn’t start in a gym.

It started in the chaos of NYC nightlife, where I danced in cages at Limelight, stomped around CBGBs, and lit up fire circles at Burning Man.

I’ve always moved to claim space—loudly, weirdly, and unapologetically.

After 9/11, I left my fashion career and launched into fitness, eventually becoming one of Crunch Gym’s most in-demand trainers, competing in Ms. Fitness, and certifying in yoga and classical Pilates under Romana Kryzanowska herself. I’ve now taught over 35,000 hours of movement across NYC, San Francisco, and Oakland.

But my true transformation started after I left my marriage.

Sure I’m a 35,000-hour fitness veteran, cosplay chaos queen, pole-flexing rebel, and survivor who built her villain era out of screams, sweat, and sheer spite.

It wasn’t just a divorce. It was survival.

I left a relationship steeped in substance abuse and sexual trauma.

I went Cali Sober—no substances, no illusions, just me and the wreckage I had to rebuild from.

We had moved to New York for his job. I had no income.

Studios were shutting down. The pandemic hit. And I had to figure out who I was with no partner, no paycheck, and nowhere to go.

That’s when cosplay came in.

I started with what I had: my Leia gold bikini, a Wonder Woman vibe, lots of eyeliner and pure desperation. Cosplay was cheaper than therapy and gave me armor when I had none. It was strength play disguised as dress-up. It was embodiment in a world that wanted me invisible.

From there, I built a whole damn universe.

Now, Jessi Flowz is a full-spectrum rebellion: alt-fitness, cosplay transformation, pole power, and spicy nerd strength for misfits who want more from movement.

I create mobility programs that don’t suck, stretch guides with sass, and lewd fitness drops for baddies who flex on their own terms.

This brand isn’t aspirational. It’s survival made sexy.

No fluff. No shame. No performative wellness.

Just the truth, some glitter, and a lot of power poses.
