FAQ
Q: Can I train with you if I’m a beginner?
A: Yes. All bodies welcome. All levels welcome. If you can move, we can train.
Q: What if I need to reschedule?
A: Give me 24 hours’ notice and we’ll move it. Less than that, and the session is forfeited unless it’s an emergency.
Q: Do you write full workout programs?
A: Not in the “here’s a PDF, good luck” way. I use my YouTube catalog for help carving out recipes and live sessions to give feedback to guide you in real time. You dont need just a plan—you need a person. you might need periodization for strength mobility or sport specific
Q: Can I book multiple sessions at once?
A: Yes—but you pay per session. No bundles, no expiration dates, no stress.
Q: Can you help me prep for a photoshoot or cosplay?
A: Absolutely. We’ll cover posing, conditioning, and movement so you feel strong—not stiff—on camera.
Q: Do you offer group or partner training?
A: For in-person only. Pricing starts at $200/hour. Email me with details and we’ll talk. I livestream workouts on YT which are free and in sf I do have classes- email me for details
