You’ll Need
One long resistance band
A mat if you want one
About ten minutes
Workout
Roll Up
Pull the band apart as you roll up.
Control the way down.
Bow & Arrow
Rotate from your ribs.
Open your chest.
Leg Circles
Slow circles.
Both directions.
Scissors
Curl your head up from the leg circle position
Hold band tight as you lower and lift the other leg
Alternate legs.
Keep your ribs quiet.
Switch banded leg
Frogs
Place both feet into band and bring heels to touch
Press.
Return.
Move with control.
Cobra Pull Apart
Lift your chest.
Open the band.
Lower.
Donkey Press
Drive your heel back.
Pause.
Return.
Side Kneeling
Band Overhead
Bend from Waist
12 reps each side
Slow lift, no swing. This one's sneaky.
Split Squat Stretch
Lower.
Stand.
Balance.
Repeat.
